After a LENGTHY absence, during which my daughters have somehow turned 6 (this Saturday); I've gotten into graduate school and made it to the dissertation process for my Ed.D. at the University of St. Thomas; we've weathered a MAJOR house remodel; and both my parents have been diagnosed with cancer (Mom's thyroid cancer has been BEATEN - Dad is actively battling pancreatic cancer), I find that I need an outlet uncompensated for. I have no work colleagues, I rarely see my colleagues at UST, my husband isn't interested in politics (or many of my rants!), and Facebook can only go so far...
So. Here I am.
What will I write about? I have no idea. This may be an extended journaling operation - or, I may at times delve deeply into a subject I feel incredibly passionate about and have few/no outlets for. Regardless, Chris has told me for YEARS I'd be an excellent blogger. And I do have a lot on my mind...
So, I guess we'll see where this goes. :)
